Yoga with Props + the Rope Wall

I’ve been looking for scoliosis treatment since I was diagnosed with it; about 5 or 6 years ago. After seeing doctors who fitted me with uncomfortable braces that produced meager results, I was blessed to find treatment in the yoga practice under Cristina Roy’s helpful direction. With her great expertise in yoga instruction for scoliosis, Cristina informatively explained to me the atypical tendencies of my spine and taught me poses to contradict those twists, which I practice at home every day. She showed me how to be aware of my posture and proper habits to assume for improvement. Thanks to her guidance, I now have a deeper understanding of my body and how to care for myself, and I feel fantastic!
Cristina’s patient and detailed teaching style created a space for yoga that fit my body’s needs. [Her] class is a 10/10 for those with scoliosis.
