Back2Health Yoga is an intimate studio located in the Hamlet of Chelsea, in the Town of Wappinger.  It is here where you will be guided through a safe progression of yoga classes designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and an increased sense of well-being.

At Back2Health Yoga our mission is to empower you to get strong, centered, and build confidence as you learn the tools of yoga to manage your pain and ease stress.  We welcome all body types, abilities, and ages.  And we address your needs through highly skilled instruction and knowledge about alignment and yoga therapeutics.  We offer Iyengar Yoga classes, along with specialized classes to help bring relief to many common back and neck issues.  We are also specialized in scoliosis.

No one is too stiff, too out of shape or too old to do yoga. Iyengar Yoga is accessible to anyone.  Yoga Props such as blankets, blocks, belts and the rope wall are used to help you receive the effect of the posture and to assist with the effort or difficulty of the posture.  Back2Health Yoga is a fully equipped studio with all the necessary props needed to assist you with your practice.
