This specialized series is designed to cater to the unique needs of individuals dealing with back issues, including scoliosis. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic back pain or looking to improve your posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, this series is crafted with your specific concerns in mind.
You can expect a blend of therapeutic yoga postures, supported, active poses, and mindful breathing techniques. You will be guided through sequences intended to lengthen and strengthen the spinal muscles and core, improve spinal alignment, and relieve tension in the back muscles. Special attention will be given to adapting poses to accommodate various degrees of scoliosis and other back conditions.
What you will learn:
Mindful Alignment: Learn how to align your body mindfully to alleviate discomfort associated with back conditions. You will receive personalized guidance to help you achieve proper alignment in each pose.
Tailored Sequences: The sequences are carefully curated to address the unique challenges posed by back issues. Expect a series of poses that target specific muscle groups to promote strength, flexibility, and balance.
Breath Awareness: Explore the transformative power of breath. Through breathwork, you will cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body, promoting relaxation and reducing stress, which are crucial factors in managing back-related concerns.

The option to sign up for the series PLUS a private session is available. This allows you to have a 1-on-1 session with Cristina Roy to learn more about your conditions.
