I’m Cristina and I’ve created a beautiful new yoga studio that I am so excited to share with you!

Yoga can help you build strength and flexibility, maintain mobility, and release tension and stress.

Back2Health Yoga is an intimate space with lots of windows and natural light.  Classes are small so you’ll receive personalized attention and learn how to do the poses according to your needs.
