Studio Policies

Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to each class.  For consideration of your fellow practitioners, late entry is strongly discouraged.

  • Please do not wear heavy perfume or scents.

  • No shoes allowed in studio.  Please place shoes and belongings in the designated area.

  • No food, gum or drinks allowed in studio.
  • It is ideal to come to class on an empty stomach.  Do not have any large meals less than 2 hours before class.
  • Silence cell phones upon entering the studio.  Please leave the premises if you need to speak on the phone.

COVID-19 Policy + Procedures

  • Masks are currently not required regardless of vaccination status.  Feel free to wear a mask based on your comfort levels.
  • In-studio attendance is limited to 8 participants, pre-registration is required.  
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
  • Studio mats and props are not sanitized after use.  You may bring your own props if you prefer.

Class Card Policy

  • Please choose your package carefully – there are no extensions or holds on class packages.
  • We accept all credit cards online and at the studio.  We also accept cash and personal check at the studio.
  • Class packages are non-refundable.

Monthly Membership Policy

  • Contract begins the day of purchase and auto renews on same day the following month.  Example: Purchase card October 5, credit card is charged again November 5.

  • There are no suspensions or extensions.  (This includes injuries, vacations, pregnancy, relocating, family emergencies)

  • To cancel your membership please email hello@b2hyoga.com a minimum of 7 days in advance of your contract renewal date stating you wish to cancel.

  • Monthly memberships are non-refundable.

Class Cancellation Policy

  • For regular weekly classes, please notify us at least 1 hour before class time if you need to cancel.
  • For Rope Wall and Yoga for Scoliosis weekly classes, kindly notify us at least 48 hours before class time if you need to cancel.
  • Workshops and Series require 7 days advance notice of cancellation for account credit.
  • If proper notice is given, the unused class will be returned to your account for future use.
  • If proper advance notice is not given, the class will be charged.

Refund Policy

  • Class Packages and Monthly Memberships are non-refundable.
  • In the event you are unable to attend a workshop, series or event that you purchased, a full credit will be placed on your account to use towards future classes or workshops – with at least 7 days advance notice of cancellation.  If a refund is requested and the advance notice requirement is met, a 15% administrative charge will be deducted from the refund.
